About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position with an estimated hourly rate of £21 + paid breaks. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and holistic support to elderly residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care plans and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes and notifying appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' care and progress.
Requirements
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and a valid NMC Pin.
  • Knowledge and experience in nursing practices and procedures, specifically in elderly care.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
