About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Operative to join our team. As a key member of our grounds maintenance and landscape creation team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and beautification of gardens, parks, and other outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the appearance of landscapes through planting, pruning, mowing, and general upkeep.
  • Work safely and efficiently in a variety of outdoor environments, including gardens, parks, and other public spaces.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of horticultural practices and principles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a related field, such as horticulture, landscaping, or grounds maintenance.
  • Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A full valid UK driving licence and CSCS card is essential.
  • PA1 and PA6 licences are desirable.
