We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee our prominent contracts in the South West and Midlands regions, working with the UK's leading provider of Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping services. In this crucial position, you will manage the daily operations of the contract(s), ensuring performance standards are met, objectives are achieved, client relationships are nurtured, and compliance with health and safety regulations is maintained, all while ensuring financial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience in a Management Team role within the grounds maintenance, landscaping, or construction sectors.
  • Skilled in navigating complex scenarios and communicating effectively to promote teamwork and client satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial modeling to enhance resource allocation and improve operational efficiency in high-quality service settings.
  • Possession of a full clean driving license.
