Landscaping Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to join our team at Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd. This is a permanent position based near Gloucester, offering a competitive salary of up to £32,597 per year, plus company van, overtime bonus, four weeks' holiday, pension, ongoing training, and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of soft landscapers in installing soft landscaping on new build housing developments.
  • Ensure weekly van checks are completed and tools are in good working order.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Office Teams to deliver high-quality work efficiently and safely.
  • Oversee team sign-ins, ensure necessary permits are secured, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in soft landscaping.
  • Proven team leadership experience.
  • Good knowledge of plants and trees.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ideal candidate will have a CSCS card and experience in soft landscaping on new build housing sites.
  • Valid driving license and a mobile phone for clocking in and communication.
