Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd. As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality grounds maintenance service to a mix of corporate and multisite clients in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of grounds maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and work with them to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Identify opportunities for additional works and quote for these services as required.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years' experience in landscape or grounds maintenance, including managing a team and responsible for grounds maintenance on a wide range of sites.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to and between sites.
  • PA1 and PA6 certifications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
