About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join our team as Landscape Team Leaders. As a key member of our outdoor environment team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of gardens, parks, and various outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance the appearance of outdoor environments through effective landscaping and grounds maintenance practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of landscape operatives to ensure high-quality work and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and plans to ensure the long-term health and appearance of outdoor spaces.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, with a strong understanding of soft and hard landscaping practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • A full valid UK driving licence and CSCS card is essential.
