Landscaping Team Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to join our team at Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd. This is a permanent position based near Gloucester, with a salary of up to £32,597.50 per year, plus company van and overtime bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of soft landscapers on new build housing developments.
  • Install soft landscaping on new build housing developments.
  • Complete weekly van checks.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently and to high standards.
  • Check tools, oversee team sign-ins, and ensure necessary permits are secured.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in soft landscaping.
  • Team leading experience.
  • A good knowledge of plants and trees.
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Ideal candidate will have a CSCS card.
  • Experience of soft landscaping on new build housing sites.
  • A driving licence.
  • A mobile phone for clocking in and communication with the office.
