Landscaping Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to join our team at Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd. This is a permanent position based near Gloucester, offering a competitive salary of up to 32,957.50 per year, plus regular overtime opportunities, company van and fuel allowance, ongoing training and career progression, and enrollment into the company bonus scheme after successfully completing the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of soft landscapers in installing soft landscaping on new build housing developments.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to high standards.
  • Responsible for completing weekly van checks, checking tools, overseeing team sign-ins, and ensuring necessary permits are secured.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' soft landscaping experience.
  • Team leading experience.
  • A good knowledge of plants and trees.
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Ideal candidate will have a CSCS card and experience of soft landscaping on new build housing sites.
  • A driving license and a mobile phone to download the clocking in app and use WhatsApp to communicate with the office.
