Job Title: Critical Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Technical Operations Manager to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and operational leadership to our Data Centre team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This will involve managing a team of engineers, building fabric, cleaning, catering, and landscaping services, as well as representing our client's Corporate Real Estate Services at site level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision of technical and operational leadership to Data Centre team
  • Representation of client Corporate Real Estate Services at site level
  • Ensure effective service delivery by employer of all planned and reactive maintenance activity
  • Responsible for reactive engineering spend within Data Centre Operation
  • Support the supply chain review process within designated region
  • Lead the onsite implementation of the Optima Critical Governance Manual
  • Drive standards and implementation of best practice
  • Support development of enhanced self-delivery strategies within the site engineering team
  • Provide support and direction to the site operations team in effective resolution of engineering related risks items

Requirements:

  • Clear experience in a Critical Environment, whether that be Data Centres, Hospitals, MoD sites
  • M&E background
  • Current HV AP, or prior appointment
