We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Data Centre Operations team in Gloucester. As a key member of our site engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our client, a leading retail and corporate banking organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing critical environments, with a strong focus on technical compliance, health and safety, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities, as well as providing technical and operational leadership to the Data Centre team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical and operational leadership to the Data Centre team
  • Ensuring effective service delivery through the employer of planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Managing the site operations team to ensure timely completion of client risk register items
  • Supporting the development of enhanced self-delivery strategies within the site engineering team
  • Providing support and direction to the site operations team in effective resolution of engineering-related risks items
