Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and operational leadership to the Data Centre team
  • Ensure effective service delivery through the employer of planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Drive standards and implementation of best practice while adhering to employer and contractual governance
  • Support the development of enhanced self-delivery strategies within the site engineering team
  • Provide support and direction to the site operations team in effective resolution of engineering-related risks items
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing critical environments, such as Data Centres, Hospitals, or MoD sites
  • Strong background in technical compliance, health and safety, and operational excellence
  • Ability to drive standards and implementation of best practice while adhering to employer and contractual governance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
