ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Data Centre Operations team in Gloucester. As a key member of our site engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring the highest level of technical compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

About the Role:
  • Lead the Data Centre Operations team, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs.
  • Provide technical and operational leadership, driving standards and best practices in site engineering.
  • Collaborate with the UK Critical Engineering Lead to align with budget expectations and drive cost savings.
  • Support the development of enhanced self-delivery strategies within the site engineering team.
  • Ensure timely completion of client risk register items and provide support to the site operations team.
About You:
  • Proven experience in a critical environment, such as Data Centres, Hospitals, or MoD sites.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering services, including building fabric, cleaning, catering, and landscaping.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
