Job Title: Senior Manager Data Centre Operations

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Data Centre Operations team in Gloucester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our client, a leading retail and corporate banking organization, and ensuring the smooth operation of their critical Data Centre facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and operational leadership to the Data Centre team, including engineering, building fabric, cleaning, catering, and landscaping services.
  • Ensure effective service delivery by employer of all planned and reactive maintenance activity to meet contract KPIs and SLAs.
  • Develop and implement personal development and succession plans to promote a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
  • Manage reactive engineering spend within Data Centre Operations, aligning with budget expectations.
  • Support the supply chain review process and contribute to the UK Wide Engineering Supply Chain strategy.
  • Lead the onsite implementation of the Optima Critical Governance Manual and provide technical support to the production and implementation of CEOP, EOP, SOP, SMP, and Scenario Training.
Requirements:
  • Clear experience in a Critical Environment, such as Data Centres, Hospitals, or MoD sites.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
