We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Gloucestershire. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day electrical repairs, fault finding, maintenance, and installation work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver electrical repairs, fault finding, maintenance, and installation work
  • Work in a team environment to achieve goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Meet deadlines and work to a high standard

Requirements:

  • Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
  • 18th Edition regulation
  • Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting
  • Experience of working in property maintenance for a social Landlord, Housing Association, or Council
  • Full driving licence
  • DBS check
