Fundraising Manager

Are you a skilled fundraiser looking to take your career to the next level? As a Fundraising Manager at St Edmund's College, University of Cambridge, you will play a crucial role in securing major gifts to support our strategic vision and THRIVE community framework.
Job Description- Work closely with the Development Director and Operations and Database Manager to set ambitious activity and income targets on an annual basis.
- Make personal donor visits, help organize and participate in events, and communicate with prospective donors.
- Play a key role in the strategic planning of projects and initiatives that may deliver streams of philanthropic income to the College.
- Coordinate solicitations as appropriate with the Development Director, Master, and other colleagues within Collegiate Cambridge and the University.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service), working daily allowance for food and drinks, free car parking (where available), and discounts at restaurants, shops & more.
