About the Role

We are seeking an Innovation Fundraising Specialist to join our team at Cambridge Science Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative fundraising strategies, including the use of digital tools and unique partnership models.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement targeted fundraising campaigns to secure significant (£50k+) awards.
  2. Manage and develop strategic relationships with key funders, from identifying potential funders to securing gifts or grants.
  3. Monitor trends in the funding landscape, adapting strategies to explore emerging opportunities.
  4. Support the CEO in preparing presentations and materials for funder pitches and donor meetings.

This role is eligible for a performance-related bonus and offers flexible hybrid working arrangements. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, mental health support, and a contributory pension scheme.
