About the Team

Our homes provide a unique community-based, living and learning environment in support of some of the most vulnerable children and young people in the country. The team assists children and young people aged 8 to 18 years to be fully included within the local community and to ensure they have the capacity to prosper beyond Aspris Scotland into the wider post-school world.

Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, and to travel between locations. A full UK driving licence is required due to the location of this home.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be resilient, patient and understanding, with a natural flair for making people smile. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively with other members of the team and to be willing to undertake further training and development opportunities.
