Strategic Business Lead

Compass Associates is supporting an independent healthcare provider in their search for a Strategic Business Lead - Ophthalmology. This is a permanent full-time position, offering a salary up to £87,500. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and delivering strategic objectives in the ophthalmology sector.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing comprehensive commercial strategies, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in the market, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive sales initiatives. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the NHS, and overseeing marketing strategies to ensure alignment with brand messaging and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
