About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Support and Advocacy Specialist to join our team at 2M Employment Solutions Limited. As a Support and Advocacy Specialist, you will work closely with victims of abuse, providing support and advocacy to help them navigate the complex system and access the right help and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and advocacy to victims of abuse, including those with complex mental health needs
  • Work closely with the team to ensure that victims receive the right help and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local services and agencies to ensure that victims have access to a range of support options

Requirements

  • Experience of working with victims of abuse and complex mental health needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
