Job Title: Regional Independent Sexual Violence Advisor

Black Country Women's Aid is a leading charity providing support services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and human trafficking. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Independent Sexual Violence Advisor to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist support services to victims and survivors of sexual abuse, including advocacy, counseling, and education. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist support services to victims and survivors of sexual abuse
  • Deliver advocacy, counseling, and education services
  • Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local agencies and organizations
  • Contribute to the development of our services and policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience of working with victims and survivors of sexual abuse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of local agencies and organizations
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
