Role Overview: As a Senior Culinary Director, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team at COMO Metropolitan London. Your primary objective will be to drive engagement, develop the brigade, and facilitate a chef academy to promote growth within the company. You will also be tasked with empowering and supervising senior chefs to operate the day-to-day kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and lead the chef development program, focusing on core and advanced culinary skills for all chefs
  • Ensure senior sous chefs are leading the day-to-day operation of the kitchen effectively, inspiringly, and empoweringly
  • Drive and encourage sustainability efforts throughout the kitchen
  • Maintain consistently high service standards and product knowledge among the culinary team
  • Create exciting seasonal menus tailored to various guests in the Breakfast, Room Service, and Events outlets
