Role Overview: The Senior Group & Leisure Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in key UK, European, and CIS feeder markets for Group business, including MICE and corporate segments, as well as leisure and corporate transient for London properties.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual revenue goals for hotel rooms and residences across Corporate, Leisure, and MICE segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned markets, including GSOs, and implement cohesive sales strategies.
  • Evaluate, solicit, sell, and confirm business to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
  • Schedule and plan sales trips in accordance with the planned budget, ensuring timely post-trip sales reports.
  • Arrange and attend familiarization trips and client events through collaboration with key travel partners.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on proposals and efforts to take them to contract status.
  • Contribute to the budget process, providing timely reforecasting aligned to month-end processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in hospitality sales within the luxury segment, with a strong background in MICE, leisure, and corporate segments.
  • Track Record: Proven account management and business development experience in the UK, Europe, and CIS regions.
  • Revenue Management: Solid understanding of revenue management processes, pricing, and strategies.
  • Skills: Creative, goal-oriented, flexible, and collaborative with knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Tools: Knowledge of Sales Force, Delphi, and Opera is desirable.
  • Language: Fluency in another European language is desirable.
