Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth across Corporate, Leisure, and MICE segments, with a strong focus on new business development and relationship-building with key clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts within the UK, European, and CIS feeder markets, and ensure seamless communication to secure business.
  • Evaluate, solicit, sell, and confirm business to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Sales Offices (GSOs) to implement cohesive strategies and drive business growth.
  • Plan and execute sales trips, ensuring timely post-trip sales reports and maintaining a strong focus on budgeted sales and profitability.
  • Organize and attend familiarization trips and client events in partnership with key travel partners.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on proposals and efforts to take them to contract status.
  • Participate actively in the budget process and provide timely reforecasting aligned with month-end processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, with a strong background in MICE, leisure, and corporate segments.
  • Proven track record in account management and business development in the UK, Europe, and CIS regions.
  • Solid understanding of revenue management processes, pricing, and strategies.
  • Key skills include creativity, goal-orientation, flexibility, and collaboration, with knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Proficiency in Sales Force, Delphi, and Opera is desirable.
  • Fluency in another European language is desirable.
