About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Work Practice Leader to join our team in Stockport. As a hybrid worker, you will have the flexibility to spend time in our refurbished office in the heart of Stockport Centre.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services to children and families
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve social work outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent in social work, current registration with Social Work England, and recent managerial experience. Significant frontline experience in Adults/Children's Services working as a Team Manager is also required.

Salary and Benefits

£42 per hour (assignment rate)
