Children's Social Work Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Social Work Team Manager to join our team in Stockport. As a hybrid worker, you will have the flexibility to spend time in our refurbished office in the heart of Stockport Centre.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a Locality Team in delivering high-quality social work practice across the child's journey
- Managing pre-proceedings and court work with support
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve social work outcomes
The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent in social work, current registration with Social Work England, and recent managerial experience. Significant frontline experience in Adults/Children's Services working as a Team Manager is also required.
Salary and Benefits£42 per hour (assignment rate)
