- Oversee day-to-day operations of the children's home
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the quality team to ensure regulatory compliance
- Proven experience in managing children's services
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of health and social care regulations
- Salary range: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
