Senior Facilities Manager (Client Side)

A prestigious opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Facilities Director to join our esteemed client's team in Central London. This is an exceptional chance to leverage your expertise and passion for delivering outstanding services in a high-profile environment.

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the operational management of our client's London headquarters, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working as a senior FM professional, ideally within a multi-tenanted corporate building, with a proven track record of managing both hard and soft services in facilities management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operational management of all soft services, including security, cleaning, reception, and catering. They will also coordinate and manage third-party service providers to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Additionally, they will conduct regular performance reviews with all service partners to ensure service levels are consistently met and improved upon. Other key responsibilities include carrying out retendering and benchmarking for all soft service contracts when needed, leading facilities-related projects, and collaborating with H&S teams to implement best practices, policies, and procedures.

We require an experienced Facilities Director who can provide strategic leadership and direction to the facilities team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence and relationship building. Health & Safety awareness, with certifications like IOSH or NEBOSH preferred. Experience in setting and managing service charge/facilities budgets is essential.
