About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in quality improvement, who can lead cross-functional teams and drive business transformation. As Operations Director for Quality Excellence, you will play a crucial part in achieving GSK's ambitious goals, driving quality initiatives, and ensuring compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality plan deployment, aligning teams and activities to deliver 2030 ambitions.
  • Manage multiple, large-scale projects to implement quality improvement plans (QIPs).
  • Articulate and communicate GPS vision, ensuring organization-wide alignment.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, fostering employee engagement and capability development.
  • Network with champions across medicines and vaccines to share best practices and identify areas for improvement.

What We Offer:

As an Operations Director for Quality Excellence at GSK, you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary package of approximately £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits include pension scheme, life insurance, and generous annual leave.
