Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Field Readiness Lead to join our Databricks team. As a key member of our sales performance team, you will be responsible for empowering our field representatives to achieve more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enablement plans to drive business growth in EMEA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Align company efforts and content to deliver unified messaging

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in either field enablement or sales functions for global enterprise organizations
  • Proven track record of motivating and teaching through virtual and instructor-led training
  • Ability to collaborate and work seamlessly across groups

Salary and Benefits

As an EMEA Field Readiness Lead at Databricks, you can expect a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
