About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Graduate to join our dynamic team at Williams Racing. As an HR Graduate, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, development, and engagement of our workforce, ensuring that we continue to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent by creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making data-driven hiring decisions.
  2. Employee Engagement: Support positive workplace dynamics through conflict resolution, employee engagement, and addressing any issues that arise.
  3. Training and Development: Contribute to employee growth by designing and implementing training programs and assessing learning needs.
  4. HR Metrics and Analysis: Analyze HR metrics, track performance, and help make informed decisions based on data insights.
  5. Organizational Change: Assist in managing organisational change by implementing effective communication strategies and ensuring smooth transitions.
Requirements
  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  3. Excellent organisational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  4. Analytical mindset with a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
  5. Proactive problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  6. Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What We Offer

We have an on-site gym (open 24 hours a day) as well as various fitness classes including outdoors bootcamps, pilates, and yoga free for all staff and contractors to use.
