HSE Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team at Atlas Professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

• Collaborate with the Package Management and Fabrication Team to implement and manage the HSE Strategy and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a structure for planned HSE activities, including management of these activities.
• Conduct supplier assessments and inspections to evaluate compliance with HSE requirements.
• Implement and follow up on Supplier HSE Improvements and Assurance Activity Plan.
• Communicate and coordinate operational HSE initiatives and interfaces across the organization.

• Completed IOSH course or NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction to certificate level or similar.
• Preferable completed NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction to Diploma Level or similar.
• Recommended five years of relevant experience within mature industrial manufacturing, ideally within fabrication.
• Recommended ten years of experience within QHSE Management.
• Experience within Incident investigations and Root Cause Identification.
• Knowledge of local Health and Safety Regulations required.
• Valid training required in: Work at Height (e.g. GWO) and First Aid.
• Valid medical certificate (to fulfil Fabrication Supplier requirements).
• Ability to write and speak English fluently is a must in addition to the local language (if not in the UK).
• Good communicator, motivator with a human touch.
• Good interpersonal skills.
