This is a dynamic role that will primarily involve managing the billing process, while also offering opportunities to work closely with the wider finance team. As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for communicating with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, and will have the chance to develop your skills and technical knowledge through ongoing support and training.

A typical day in this role may include:

* Timely and accurately processing sales invoices.

* Responding to customer inquiries, including issuing credit notes as needed.

* Managing sales and purchase orders.

* Reviewing and validating contractor invoices.

* Assisting with the annual external audit.

* Providing support to the finance team during peak periods.

We are seeking a confident and experienced individual with a background in billing who is eager to take on new challenges and make a meaningful contribution to the team.
