Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator & Data Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, creating digital maps and reports, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders using in-house software, third-party software, and MS Office packages
  • Create digital maps and reports for customers to agreed deadlines
  • Accurate database entry and quality control of survey data
  • Proactively question and investigate discrepancies in information and data
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and levels of accuracy
  • Manage and record operator updates in a timely manner
  • Update stakeholders on order progress
  • Proactively liaise with management, customers, sales team, and third-party suppliers where necessary
  • Deliver excellent customer service
About You
