About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Frontier Agriculture. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in processing sales orders, managing databases, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders using in-house software and MS Office packages
  • Accurately enter and manage data in our databases
  • Proactively investigate discrepancies in information and data
  • Deliver high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage and record operator updates in a timely manner
  • Update stakeholders on order progress
  • Liaise with management, customers, sales team, and third-party suppliers as needed
