Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Frontier Agriculture. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, managing databases, and providing excellent customer service.
About the Role
- Process sales orders using in-house software and MS Office packages
- Accurately enter and manage data in our databases
- Proactively investigate discrepancies in information and data
- Deliver high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage and record operator updates in a timely manner
- Update stakeholders on order progress
- Liaise with management, customers, sales team, and third-party suppliers as needed
