IT Relationship Manager

Your responsibilities will include ensuring clients are informed of the latest technology to support new projects, overseeing the project management of all new solutions on site, coordinating a team to deliver technical solutions, and conducting annual visits to understand current site configurations.
To succeed in this role, you will need a solid understanding of LAN/WAN/wLA, preferably Cisco & Cisco Meraki, and CCNA certification is desirable. Advanced IT skills, particularly Microsoft 365 & SharePoint, are also essential. Some travel to London may be required.
If you possess a keen understanding of server and network security, enjoy working independently in the UK, and value a solutions-based approach, we encourage you to apply. A background in Telecoms, Technology, or Communications would be beneficial.
Estimated Salary: £40k-£50k (depending on experience), plus benefits.
