Job Description:

We're seeking a Strategic Client Partnerships Manager to join our team at VIQU Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our AI Start-up clients, driving the adoption and value of AI technologies. You will work directly with clients to understand their unique needs, develop innovative strategies to meet those needs, and facilitate the successful integration of AI solutions into their businesses.

As a Strategic Client Partnerships Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Engineering. Your goal will be to ensure that client goals align with AI capabilities and to develop comprehensive client success plans that drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive client success plans with clear goals, milestones, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Maintain close relationships with Product teams to advocate for clients pushing product boundaries.
  • Partner with multiple organisations to deliver AI products and services tailored to client needs.
