Education Support Professional

About the Position:
- Working with the attendance officer, Heads of Year, SEND and pastoral colleagues to develop initiatives that boost student attendance and academic achievement.
- Providing guidance and support to teachers, external agencies, and parents/carers to help students overcome obstacles.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Requirements:
- A deep understanding of educational principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
