About the Role

Outcomes First Group is committed to providing high-quality special education services, and as an Educational Psychologist, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of children with complex needs.

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team that provides psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within schools, guidance for education teams, and professional development training for staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions to support pupils' educational and emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with education teams to develop targeted strategies and interventions
  • Design and deliver professional development training to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Communicate effectively with families, carers, and specialist agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A doctoral or masters-level qualification in Educational Psychology
  • Registration with the HCPC as a qualified Educational Psychologist
  • Creative and passionate about improving outcomes for pupils
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
