Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students in improving their wellbeing, attendance, and academic outcomes. This will involve close collaboration with teachers, external agencies, and parents/carers to develop strategies that promote student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • To identify and address potential barriers to learning, ensuring students have access to the resources and support they need to succeed.
  • To work closely with teachers and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote student wellbeing and academic achievement.
  • To contribute to the development of inclusive practices within the school, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and a range of benefits, including professional growth and development opportunities.
