Child Welfare and Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Child Welfare and Care Professional. This role involves providing support to children with additional needs and ensuring their safety and well-being during the lunch period.
About the Role:
- Providing one-to-one support to children with additional needs.
- Supervising children in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during lunch breaks.
- Responding calmly and effectively to any minor first-aid incidents (training will be provided).
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in working with children and ensuring their well-being.
- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training will be provided).
- An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
