Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Learning Support Professional at Underley Garden School.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the learning and personal development of pupils with complex needs, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting pupils academically and pastorally, under the guidance of the form tutor.
  • Assisting teachers in structured learning activities, providing individualised support to pupils as needed.
  • Managing pupil behaviour in the classroom and on school premises, applying effective behaviour management techniques in line with school policy and individual behaviour support plans.
