About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Lead to join our team at ISS Facility Services. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining data analytics to report operational performance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data analytics to report operational performance and embed the use of insights to enhance and shape our services.
  • Lead all analytical and reporting activities for the account, working closely with the ISS Business Insights team to manage the production and distribution of contract performance information reports.
  • Support project implementation across the account, assessing the impact of change on systems data and existing reporting mechanisms.
  • Coach site staff to maintain data integrity and steer reporting from operational channels.
  • Deliver high-quality analysis and reports to stakeholders, using tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in championing data integrity and knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver consistently high-quality work to deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of reporting tools, including Tableau and PowerBI, and expert user of Office 365.
