Position Overview

Business Performance Analyst

Location: Central London (Hybrid Work Model)

Lime Talent is on the lookout for a Business Performance Analyst to enhance the operational efficiency of the UK and Ireland sectors. This position entails delivering analytical insights and strategic support, collaborating closely with sales operations, commercial divisions, and business strategy teams.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

  • Oversee annual budgeting activities, continuous business performance reporting, and monthly sales and financial projections.
  • Formulate and sustain comprehensive business plans for key accounts.
  • Refine and optimize business planning methodologies and tools.

Analytical Insights:

  • Deliver analytical insights to facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Execute monthly performance evaluations against established budgets.
  • Manage pricing strategies for primary clients and assess market potential and profitability.
  • Compile and analyze category data to extract valuable insights.
  • Conduct pricing and promotional evaluations.

Client Reporting and Insights:

  • Assist in performance reviews and opportunity evaluations for key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain Joint Business Trackers for Key Accounts.
  • Provide analysis on distribution and sales velocity.
  • Leverage customer data and portals to achieve joint business objectives.
  • Evaluate customer promotional and marketing strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in Commercial Planning, Business Strategy, or Financial Analysis.
  • Background in the consumer goods or retail sector.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational, collaborative, and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous, with training available if necessary.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
