About the Role

Civica UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in assisting with the design and analysis of our sales incentive programs to drive sales performance and motivate our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incentive Program Design: Assist in the development of sales incentive programs that align with business objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data to ensure accurate incentive calculations and provide insights to optimize incentive structures.
  • Incentive Calculations: Ensure accurate and timely incentive calculations to meet business needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of sales incentive programs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) and strong analytical skills to drive business insights.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and sales performance management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales incentive analysis, sales operations, or a related role.
