About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Resilience Specialist to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our first line assurance oversight team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational resilience of our business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy, procedure, resilience plans, and other documents as necessary.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of annual review documents, including in-depth analysis of various data sets.
  • Assist in the development, design, and delivery of a broad range of resilience tests, including desktop exercises, data analysis, communication testing, and simulation exercises.
  • Perform in-depth lessons learned analysis following scenario testing, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Participate in group training exercises and awareness activities to ensure operational resilience is embedded in the culture at AJ Bell.
Requirements
  • At least three years' experience in Financial Services or strong experience working on a project, leading a small team, or experience within a risk, compliance, or oversight role.
  • Experience of data analysis.
  • A genuine interest in resilience and strengthening our capabilities and contingency planning.
