Job Title: Mobile Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Business Development Manager to join our team at Kestrel Recruitment. As a Mobile Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business opportunities through business development activity and networking.
  2. Meet with prospective customers to understand their business needs and requirements.
  3. Prepare and deliver proposals to ensure a best-fit solution is proposed.
  4. Liaise with our commercial team to review quotes and seek the best possible commercials from the networks.
  5. Liaise with the customer as the point of contact from sale to go live.
  6. Work with internal departments to ensure cross-selling opportunities are maximized.
  7. Update our internal CRM system to ensure accurate records.
  8. Ensure an exceptional customer experience through every interaction.

Person Specification:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous sales experience within the mobile industry.
  • Delivering and presenting proposals.
  • Onboarding customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
