Job Title: Mobile Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Business Development Manager to join our team at Kestrel Recruitment. As a Mobile Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business sales and meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new business sales through business development activity and networking
  • Meeting with prospective customers to understand their business and requirements
  • Preparing and delivering proposals to ensure a best-fit solution is proposed
  • Liaising with our commercial team to review quotes and seek the best possible commercials from the networks
  • Liaising with the customer, acting as the point of contact from sale to go live
  • Working with internal departments to ensure cross-selling wherever possible
  • Updating our internal CRM throughout
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer experience through every interaction

Person Specification:

  • Previous sales experience within either an indirect or direct mobile channel
  • Delivering and presenting proposals
  • Onboarding customers
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A customer-first mindset
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with change/pressure when it arises
