Job Description

**Job Title:** Process Improvement Manager

**Job Summary:** Ventula is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and operational excellence across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end process improvement projects, deploying a structured approach to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business-wide stakeholders to identify opportunities for process standardization and optimization.
  • Design and lead engaging cross-functional workshops to drive process improvement.
  • Map and evaluate existing business processes, identifying key pain points and issues.
  • Re-design end-to-end processes and define requirements to deliver desired business outcomes.
  • Analyze costs and benefits of proposed changes to the business process.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date and bought into the change process.
  • Guide and manage the work of Business Process Analysts assigned to improvement reviews.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent professional certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar.
  • Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince, Agile & Scrum).

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of effectively engaging to drive change.
  • Substantial practical business experience with proven background in delivering value through process standardization and optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to assess process performance and promote data-led decision making.
  • Experience of deriving business case for change and effective tracking of benefits demonstrating value to the business.
  • Experience in leading and facilitating multi-disciplinary workshops.
