ERP Senior Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned ERP sales professional to drive business transformation and lead our client's expansion into the manufacturing sector. As an ERP Senior Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of a major growth initiative, leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored ERP solutions to clients across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive ERP software sales, focusing on transformative deals in the manufacturing sector.
  • Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic networking and outreach, leveraging your industry expertise to deliver value to clients.
  • Build strong client relationships, closing high-value deals and earning a 30% commission on successful contracts.
  • Partner with pre-sales and industry experts to develop warm leads and showcase product capabilities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to position solutions effectively and drive growth.
  • Recruit and mentor a sales team, with a focus on building a high-performing unit.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in ERP sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems and their application in business transformation.
  • Sales acumen, with the ability to generate leads, close large deals, and build strong client relationships.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and travel across the UK and Europe.
